I'm grateful to the mystery neighbor who brings in my can after the garbage men have come. I've heard the can being moved and gone down to see if it's being stolen, only to see it's been placed back in the carport. I have no idea who it is that does it, but they have my thanks.

I used to do this for our elderly neighbors and I adored the idea that while they likely knew I was doing it, they couldn't catch me in the act.

The gift of the Buddha (to do good without knowing it or being known) is a marvelous thing. I'm glad you're receiving it, too.
