Gratitude Project 2010, day 3

Today I am grateful for cast iron cookware. Nothing makes country fried steak better than a good old fashioned cast iron pan.

Dang it, now that's what I want for dinner. I'll have to wait, though, I didn't get the required items at the store, and I'm NOT going back out tonight if I can avoid it. I'll just have to make do with the fish.
