Having once outrun a hailstorm with two babies and a stroller loaded with groceries, I do not know personally. I have no desire to find out first hand, either. Being hit in the head with ice balls from the sky does not sound fun.
But a funny thought. If you get hit in the head with a hail ball, how does one bring down the swelling??
*grins* When I worked at the water park during my summers as a teenager it would hail sometimes. Sucks to be standing out in a hail storm, especially when you're in a bathing suit!
