New glasses

And new headache. It'll take some getting used to these bifocals, especially since they're the progressive kind. I went to the supermarket yesterday and in order to see what was on the bottom shelves, I had to tilt my head down rather than just my eyes.

In the meantime, they're giving me a headache although my vision is perfectly clear for the first time in a year or so.

We always told new progressive wearers to "follow their nose". It takes a little time to get used to, but you do need to move your head so you are looking through the correct part of your lenses to see properly.
